RPS S.p.A., a company of the Riello Elettronica Group and owner of the Riello UPS brand, is strengthening its international presence through the acquisition of BPIM BE and BPIM NL (Business Power Infrastructure & Management), Riello UPS distributors in Belgium and the Netherlands respectively.

Signed on 5 August, the acquisition brings the two companies into RPS’s direct network, consolidating its local presence and strengthening its ability to support customers and partners in two markets offering significant opportunities in the critical infrastructure and Data Centre sectors.

Both organisations already have established service capabilities and will continue to operate locally, ensuring continuity in activities and relationships with customers and partners.

The companies will continue to be led by founder Jürgen Amelickx, supported by Tim Van Cutsem in Belgium and Ynze Alkema in the Netherlands.

With this acquisition, RPS further expands its international network and strengthens the growth of Riello UPS across European markets.
